Disciple Launcher was built on the collection of knowledge and wisdom provided by over a dozen ministry leaders with well over a century of collective ministry experience. It intends to assist in the coordination of congregation and ministry programming for the furtherence of the kingdom of God. Since time has become our most valuable resource, our objective is to make Disciple Launcher so easy to use that you will be able to spend less time entering data and more time engaging in ministry.

Disciple Launcher was built by Matthew and Amy Pierce out of a desire to see the good news of Jesus Christ shared throughout the world. As a pastor's kid, Matthew gained a deep understanding of the inner-workings of ministry at a young age, and has continued his passion for disciple-making into his adult years where he served as a leader and ministry coordinator of a church for nearly five years, and spent a brief period of time as the church's senior pastor. For the past 10+ years, Matthew and Amy have engaged in local kingdom ministry in the trenches of missional community life where they have seen tremendous personal growth in themselves and those around them. They undertook the task of creating Disciple Launcher to help free up ministry leaders to become more effective disciple-makers.
