Pricing FAQ
How Do You Calculate Number of Administrators?
Within Disciple Launcher, you have the option to assign an access level to each person in the database. Certain access levels are classified as administrators. Once the maximum number of administrators has been reached, you will not be able to assign anyone else an administrator access level. If you would like to add or remove administrators, contact us to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Why Do You Base Your Pricing on the Number of Administrators Rather Than the Number of Contacts?
We're all about simple and easy and when it comes to pricing, it's simpler and easier for both us and you to manage the number of administrators than active contacts.
Are There Hidden Fees?
Nope! You get access to every feature, including texting, for one low price.
Do You Charge Fees to Collect Electronic Payments?
Electronic processing fees are the standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. You are also free to use other methods or services outside of Disciple Launcher to collect payments.
Can I pay monthly?
We prefer to bill annually, but are willing to discuss monthly billing options for your church or ministry group.
