How user-friendly is Disciple Launcher?
The feedback we receive from customers is that it's extremely intuitive. Everyone who has used it has found it straightforward and simple to use.
Do you provide training for our team members using Disciple Launcher?
Yes! We will gladly spend up to 8 hours training your team members on how to use it at no additional cost. We've also provided help documentation within Disciple Launcher for easy reference.
Which features would I have access to with my subscription?
All of them! Rather than create a complex list of package options, we've decided to include all our great features in all of our subscriptions. To make it affordable to congregations and ministries of all sizes, pricing is based on the number of administrators with access to the system.
We're a smaller congregation. Can Disciple Launcher work for us?
Yes! Any size congregation can benefit from using Disciple Launcher. Smaller congregations will likely not utilize all the features, and that's okay. Disciple Launcher is affordable for all congregation sizes as the cost is based solely on the number of administrators.
We're a megachurch. Can Disciple Launcher work for us?
Yes! Any size congregation can benefit from using Disciple Launcher. Larger congregations will likely find value in some of the more advanced features. Disciple Launcher is affordable for all congregation sizes as the cost is based solely on the number of administrators.
Why does my larger church have to pay more for the same features as a smaller church?
Seems unfair, right? However, we've based our pricing on three primary factors: (1) development, (2) support, and (3) texting. Our costs associated with all three of these factors is less for smaller churches than larger ones.
Can I manage multiple campuses on the same account?
Yes! We've provided tools to simultaneously manage multiple campuses or locations on the same account. Pricing is based on the number of administrators at all locations over the course of the year.
Do I have to use all of Disciple Launcher's features?
Nope! You will have access to all features, and can use whichever ones you choose.
Can My Existing Data Be Converted?
Yes! We will work with you to provide a quote to move your existing data to Disciple Launcher.
Do contacts need a username and password to register for activities, make payments, give online, or view our events calendar?
Nope! One of our most exciting features is that contacts have the ability to register, make payments, give online, and view your events calendar without the need to setup a username and password. At the same time, you are welcome to setup usernames and passwords for all or some of your contacts.
Can I set different access levels for different people in Disciple Launcher?
Yes! Each user can be assigned an access level to provide them with access to the pages they need and restricts access to pages they don't need. For example, your Treasurer will have access to all financial records, but each individual contact will only have access to their individual financial records.
Does Disciple Launcher come with an app?
Who doesn't want an app for that? What we've found is that if our website is designed to work well on all devices, there's no need for an app. So, to save you cost, Disciple Launcher was designed to function perfectly on any device including computers, tablets, and phones without an app.
Can you build a website for my church or ministry group?
Yes! We provide an option to build your church a custom website that fully integrates with Disciple Launcher. Contact us to request a quote.
Do you offer an API where I can retrieve data from Disciple Launcher to add to my ministry's website
Not yet. We have plans to offer this capability in the future as the need arises.
What is the contract period and when are payments due?
We bill on an annual basis and collect payments up-front. When you begin using Disciple Launcher, we will give you a free 30-day trial and if you want to continue using it, we will request payment at that point for a period of one year. We will continue to bill for the upcoming year during the final month of your existing contract. Should you decide to stop using Disciple Launcher at some point in the future, we will honor your request and deactivate your account once the final year of your service is complete.
Do you require a credit card number to receive the 30-day free trial?
